Coordinating an activity of this scope often requires the expenditure of funds for equipment, food and gear/swag (e.g. hoodies, trophies, year-end awards) not funded by PHS. 

Each season (with the assistance of parents) we attempt to fundraise to cover these costs, using the www.givebutter.com platform.

Pleasantville Sports Booster Club, Inc. XCTF is a 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax-deductible.

The team holds three major fundraisers each year, inclusing Run With the Sun, the Chocolate Milk Mile, And the Spring Text-a-thon.
